摘　　要：黑龙江省是我国冰雪旅游大省强省,北京冬奥会的圆满举办更开启了黑龙江省冰雪产业腾飞的新纪元。在新形势下,研究立足于黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业现状,为进一步提升发展质量,归纳出黑龙江省具有冰雪旅游产业政策环境好、发展冰雪旅游的自然条件优越、冰雪旅游业发展思想先进、高校为旅游业发展提供人才资源等发展优势。提出未来应通过做优冰雪产业链、做实冰雪赛事、做大冰雪旅游品牌、做强冰雪人才培养等方式和策略,解决冰雪旅游产业链条短、发展不均衡等问题,以期更好地释放冰雪旅游产业红利对黑龙江省经济发展的带动作用。Heilongjiang Province is a major province in ice and snow tourism in China,the successful hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympics has opened a new era for the development of the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang Province.Under the new situation,the study is based on the current situation of the ice and snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.In order to further improve the quality of development,it is summarized that Heilongjiang Province has the development advantages of a good policy environment for the ice and snow tourism industry,superior natural conditions for the development of ice and snow tourism,advanced ideas for the development of ice and snow tourism,and the talent resources provided by colleges and universities for the development of the tourism industry.In the future,it is proposed that measures and strategies should be taken to optimize the ice and snow industry chain,strengthen ice and snow competitions,expand ice and snow tourism brands,and improve ice and snow talent cultivation.By doing these measures,it can solve the problems of short ice and snow tourism industry chain and uneven development,in order to better release the driving effect of the ice and snow tourism industry dividend on the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.
