摘  要:马钢A高炉渣处理工艺改造前,存在渣水分离效果不佳、设备维护费用高的问题。利用高炉快速大修的机会对渣处理系统进行改造,通过合理的工艺布置以及系统配置,在规定的工期内完成了底滤法渣处理的改造,并且提高了智能化装备水平,实现了蒸气的有组织排放,为高炉的稳定高产奠定基础。Before the transformation of the slag treatment process for the A blast furnace of Masteel,there were problems such as poor slag water separation effect and high equipment maintenance costs.Taking advantage of the opportunity of rapid overhaul of the blast furnace,the slag treatment system was renovated.Through reasonable process layout and system configuration,the transformation of bottom filtration slag treatment was completed within the specified construction period,and the level of intelligent equipment was improved,achieving the organized discharge of steam and laying the foundation for stable and high production of the blast furnace.
