摘  要:本文研究了中碳车轴钢动态冲击韧脆转变规律,评估了不同强度车轴钢的韧脆转变行为。采用夏比冲击实验获得了车轴钢不同温度下的冲击功,采用Boamann函数拟合了钢的韧脆转变规律曲线,获得了钢的韧脆转变温度,讨论分析了影响车轴钢韧脆转变温度的主要因素。结果表明:车轴钢的韧脆转变温度随温度升高呈上升趋势;铁素体含量的增加、C元素的降低及晶粒的细化、马氏体/贝氏体回火组织均使车轴钢韧脆转变温度降低。This article studies the dynamic impact ductile brittle transition law of medium carbon axle steel and evaluates the ductile brittle transition behavior of axle steel with different strengths.The Charpy impact experiment was used to obtain the impact energy of axle steel at different temperatures.The Boamann function was used to fit the ductile brittle transition curve of the steel,and the ductile brittle transition temperature of the steel was obtained.The main factors affecting the ductile brittle transition temperature of axle steel were discussed and analyzed.The results show that the ductile brittle transition temperature of axle steel shows an upward trend with increasing temperature;The increase in ferrite content,the decrease in C element,the refinement of grains,and the tempering structure of martensite/bainitc all result in a decrease in the ductile brittle transition temperature of axle steel.
