摘  要:研究Ti元素对冷轧低碳搪瓷用钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:添加少量Ti元素,钢板晶粒尺寸由24μm细化至14μm、,屈服强度提高43 MPa,抗拉强度提高29 MPa,伸长率降低5.6%;不加Ti钢双面搪瓷发生鳞爆,加Ti钢双面搪瓷均未发生鳞爆。The effect of Ti element on microstructurc and properties of cold rolled low carbon enamel steel was studied in this paper.The results show that the grain size of the steel plate is refined from 24μm to 14μm,the yield strength is increased by 43 MPa,the tensile strength is increased by 29 MPa,and the elongation is decreased by5.6%.Fsh-scalling occurred without adding Ti steel double-sided enamelling.,and fish-scalling did not occur when adding Ti steel double-sided enamelling.
