摘  要:为探究伽师瓜幼苗响应盐胁迫的生理特性,筛选耐盐型伽师瓜品种,以常规伽师瓜、绿肉伽师瓜及杂交伽师瓜为试验材料,研究100 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl处理对幼苗生长与生理指标的影响,并评价不同伽师瓜幼苗的耐盐性。结果表明,100 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl胁迫下,伽师瓜幼苗生长受到抑制,其中绿肉伽师瓜叶片中吸收的Na^(+)和积累的MDA含量最高,叶片和茎中K^(+)/Na^(+)分别较CK显著下降68.56%和16.98%,根系活力显著降低,株高、叶面积、地上部鲜质量降幅最大。盐胁迫下,常规伽师瓜脯氨酸含量最高,光合色素含量和根系活力未显著下降;杂交伽师瓜Na^(+)主要在根中富集,其叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性显著上升,过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著下降。主成分分析表明,株高、地上部鲜质量、叶面积、茎K^(+)/Na^(+)、类胡萝卜素含量、叶片K^(+)/Na^(+)可作为伽师瓜耐盐性评价的主要指标;结合隶属函数法,判定常规伽师瓜为耐盐性品种,绿肉伽师瓜为盐敏感品种。To explore the physiological characteristics of Jiashi melon seedlings in response to salt stress and to screen salt-tolerant Jiashi melon cultivars.Changgui Jiashi melon,Lvrou Jiashi melon and Zajiao Jiashi melon were used as ex-perimental materials.The effects of 100 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl treatment on the growth and physiological parameters of seed-lings were studied,and the salt tolerance of Jiashi melon was evaluated.The results showed that the growth of Jiashi mel-on seedlings was inhibited under 100 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl stress,in which the Na^(+)uptake and MDA accumulation in the leaves of Lvrou Jiashi melon were the highest,and the K^(+)/Na^(+)in the leaves and stems were significantly decreased by 68.56%and 16.98%,respectively,compared with the control.The plant height,leaf area and leaf fresh weight decreased the most.Under salt stress,Changgui Jiashi melon accumulated the highest proline content,while photosynthetic pigment content and root vigor did not decrease significantly;Na^(+)of Zajiao Jiashi melon was mainly enriched in the roots,and its CAT and APX activities in leave increased significantly,while peroxidase POD activity was significantly decreased.Principal com-ponent analysis showed that plant height,above-ground fresh weight,leaf area,stem K^(+)/Na^(+),carotenoids content,and leaf K^(+)/Na^(+)could be used as the main indicators for salt tolerance evaluation of Jiashi melon;combined with the affiliation function method,it was determined that Changgui Jiashi melon was a salt-tolerant cultivar and Lvrou Jiashi melon,was a salt-sensitive cultivars.
