摘 要:膀胱灌注对预防膀胱癌术后的肿瘤复发非常重要。因此,研发用于灌注给药的缓释制剂、开发高效的药物联用方式,对提高疗效、缩短给药周期、提高患者依从性等都具有重要意义。本综述对近几年用于治疗膀胱癌的膀胱灌注药物(传统抗肿瘤药、单抗、核酸药物等)及灌注用新型给药系统(脂质体、胶束、纳米粒、水凝胶等)进行了汇总,以期为膀胱内药物递送提供新思路。Intravesical instillation is of great significance to prevent tumor recurrence after bladder cancer surgery.Therefore,developing sustained-release preparations for perfusion delivery and highly effective drug combinations plays an important role in improving the efficacy,shortening the administration period and enhancing the patient compliance.In this review,drugs(traditional antineoplastics,monoclonal antibodies,nucleic acid drugs,etc.)for bladder perfusion and novel drug delivery systems(liposomes,micelles,nanoparticles,hydrogels,etc.)for perfusion delivery used in the treatment of bladder cancer in recent years are summarized in order to provide new approaches for intravesical drug delivery.
