摘 要:针对碱水环境下大南湖七号煤矿弱胶结软岩巷道大变形问题,综合采用现场实测与数值计算等手段,研究了碱水侵蚀下弱胶结软岩巷道围岩变形机制,分析了不同支护参数下巷道围岩塑性区演化及锚杆(索)承载特性,提出了弱胶结软岩巷道最佳支护方案。结果表明:现有支护参数下,巷道整体移近量及锚杆索受力均呈现先急剧增大后缓慢增大趋势,且2.0 m内顶板裂隙较为发育;富碱性水弱胶结软岩巷道具有初期变形快、浅部离层大的变形特点,应采取及时支护措施;锚杆、锚索排距是巷道围岩变形与锚杆、索载荷值的主控因素;提出并验证了锚杆预应力50 kN、锚固长度1.5 m、锚杆排距750 mm、锚索排距1500 mm的支护方案,实现了巷道长时稳定。In view of the large deformation of weakly cemented soft rock roadway in Dananhu No.7 Coal Mine under alkaline water environment,the deformation mechanism of weakly cemented soft rock roadway surrounding rock under alkaline water erosion was studied by means of field measurement and numerical calculation,the evolution of plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock under different support parameters and the bearing characteristics of bolts and cables were analyzed,and the optimal support scheme was proposed.The results show that under the existing support parameters,the overall roadway convergence and the stress on the bolts and cables tend to increase sharply first and then slowly,and the fissure on the roof is developed within 2.0 m;the roadway deforms rapidly in the initial mining,and bed separation is obvious in the shallow part,which requires timely support measures;spacing of the bolts and cables is the main control factor for the deformation of the surrounding rock and the load on them;with the proposed scheme the long-time roadway stability is maintained,in which the bolt pre-stress is 50 N,the bolting length is 1.5 m,bolt spacing is 750 mm and cable spacing is 1500 mm.
