摘  要:基于九龙矿井田水文地质条件,提出将高矿化度矿井水经处理后井下利用,以解决高矿化度矿井水外排问题。根据拟定的矿井水回用水质指标,采用“混凝+沉淀+超滤”工艺对矿井水进行处理实验,结果表明,超滤出水水质指标满足矿井水回用主要水质指标要求。结合该矿现有矿井水处理工艺,提出矿井水井下回用深度处理采用“超滤+消毒”工艺,以满足矿井水井下利用水质指标要求。该深度处理工艺投资省、效果好,可为相关高矿化度矿井水煤矿提供借鉴。Based on the hydrogeological conditions of the mine field of Jiulong Coal Mine,it was proposed to treat the high salinity mine water treated t and reuse it underground coal mine,thus to solve the discharge problem of high salinity mine water.According to the proposed water quality index,the mine water treatment experiment was carried out with the process of coagulation+sedimentation+ultrafiltration.The results showed that the water quality indexes of ultrafiltration effluent met the main water quality indexes proposed.Combining with the current mine water treatment process of the mine,the ultrafiltration+disinfection process was proposed for the deep treatment of underground utilization of mine water to meet the water quality indexes.The advanced treatment process can provide reference for relevant high salinity mine water mines because of saving investment and achieving good results.
