摘  要:以高家梁煤矿20107工作面为工程背景,借助物理相似材料试验及UDEC数值模拟对浅埋薄基岩开采条件下工作面覆岩破断规律进行系统研究。结果表明:工作面推进至48 m处直接顶开始产生离层并垮入采空区,推进至72 m处时,基本顶在自重及上覆载荷作用下发生周期性破断,覆岩经历了弯曲下沉、触矸压实、最终稳定等一系列过程,最大破坏高度达152 m;数值模拟同样再现了工作推进过程中顶板破坏演化特征,工作面推进至150 m时顶板破断运动至稳定状态,覆岩最终破坏高度达100 m左右;最后通过井下仰孔分段注水观测法对顶板导水裂隙带发育高度进行现场实测,实测覆岩破坏高度约为采高的25倍,与物理模拟、数值模拟结果基本吻合,表明20107工作面回采对上覆含水层影响有限,可为类似矿井工作面安全开采提供参考依据。Taking the 20107 working face of Gaojialiang Coal Mine as the engineering background,the overburden breaking law of the working face under shallow and thin bedrock mining was systematically studied using physical similar material test and UDEC numerical simulation.The results show that when the working face advances to 48 m,layer separation occurs in the immediate roof and the roof collapses into the goaf.When the working face advances to 72 m,the main roof breaks periodically under the action of its own weight and the overlying load.The overlying rock undergoes a series of processes,such as bending and sinking,contact gangue compaction,and final stabilization.The maximum damage height is 152 m;the numerical simulation also reproduces the evolution characteristics of roof failure in the process of working face advancement.When the working face advances to 150 m,the roof fracture moves to a stable state,and the final failure height of the overburden reaches about 100 m.Finally,the development height of the roof water-conducting fracture zone is measured on-site through the observation method of underground upward water injection,and the measured overburden failure height is about 25 times of the mining height,which is basically consistent with the results of physical and numerical simulation,indicating that the mining in the 20107 working face only has limited impact on the overlying aquifer,which can provide a reference for the safe mining of similar mine working faces.
