摘 要:压陷阻力是输送带运行过程中主要阻力,为了减小压陷阻力,基于一维Winkler粘弹性基础模型和标准线性固体模型,推导了输送带压陷阻力的表面应力分布,提出一种新型等寿命品字形45°托辊组。分析了其布置优势,并对压陷阻力进行了数值模拟,对载荷、输送带运行速度、不同托辊运行间距的影响进行了分析,并通过实验结果对数值模拟正确性进行验证。得到以下结论:等寿命品字形45°托辊组的压陷阻力比标准35°托辊组减少30%左右,压陷阻力大大降低,进而达到带式输送机整机节能降耗的目的。The sag resistance is the main resistance during the operation of the conveyor belt.In order to reduce the sag resistance,the one-dimensional Winkler viscoelastic basic model and the standard linear solid model were used to deduce the surface stress distribution of the conveyor belt sag resistance,and a new type of 45°idler set of life product was proposed.Its layout advantages were analyzed,and the sag resistance was numerically simulated,and the influence of the load,the running speed of the conveyor belt,and the running distance of different idlers were analyzed,and the correctness of the numerical simulation was verified by the experimental results.The following conclusions were obtained:the sag resistance of the equal-life 45°idler group is reduced by about 30%compared with the standard 35°idler group,and the sag resistance is greatly reduced,thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction of the whole belt conveyor.
