摘　　要：拜登政府对美国朝鲜半岛政策进行了调整。在俄乌冲突、朝鲜半岛南北关系动荡的国际局势下,拜登政府基于民主党的外交政策偏好形成了异于特朗普政府时期的半岛政策。拜登政府重塑美日韩三边关系,对朝外交与施压并行,强化美国在朝鲜半岛的战略存在,渲染朝核威胁的全球性。然而,拜登政府的同盟政策未能切实弥合韩日关系。同时,朝鲜的核政策以及美国国内通胀等问题也制约了美国半岛政策的推进。拜登政府的朝鲜半岛政策将产生复杂的影响,拜登政府的同盟政策牵制朝韩关系缓和,半岛军备竞赛可能性上升,半岛无核化仍面临重重困难。The Biden administration adjusted the U.S. policy on the Korean Peninsula. In the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the turbulent north-south relations on the Korean Peninsula, the Biden administration has formed a peninsula policy different from that of the Trump administration based on the diplomatic preference of the Democratic Party. The Biden administration reshaped the trilateral relationship among the United States, Japan and ROK, conducted diplomacy and pressure on the DPRK in parallel, strengthened the strategic presence of the United States on the peninsula, and played up the global threat of Korean nuclear issue. However, the Biden administration's alliance policy failed to effectively bridge the relationship between ROK and Japan. At the same time, DPRK's nuclear policy and domestic inflation also restrict the advancement of the US peninsula policy. The Biden administration's Korean Peninsula policy will have a complex impact, it will hinder the relaxation of inter-Korean relations and increase the possibility of an arms race on the peninsula. The denuclearization of the peninsula still faces many difficulties.
