摘 要:通过分散聚合制备了聚甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和(甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)共聚物微球,将其填入环氧树脂中得到聚合物微球/环氧树脂复合涂料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征共聚微球表面的化学组成,通过扫描电子显微镜及激光粒度分析仪表征微球微观结构及粒径分布。通过电化学交流阻抗法测试复合涂层的耐腐蚀性能,经过60 d的测试,填入含氟聚合物微球漆膜的阻抗值依旧保持在10^(9)Ω·cm^(2),表明聚合物微球能够有效阻碍腐蚀介质的渗透使涂层达到长期耐腐蚀的效果,并且吸水率测试结果表明微球的填入可以将漆膜的吸水率从1.75%降低至0.7%。此外,通过紫外老化分析证明了含氟聚合物的加入能够改善漆膜的耐紫外老化性能。Poly(dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate)and(dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate)microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization and filled into epoxy resin to prepare polymer microspheres/epoxy resin composite coatings.FT-IR was used to characterize the surface chemical composition of copolymerized microspheres.The microstructure and particle size distribution of microspheres were characterized by SEM and laser particle size analyzer.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)was used to test the corrosion resistance of the composite coatings.After 60 d of testing,the impedance value of the coating filled with fluoropolymer microspheres remains at 10^(9)Ω·cm^(2),indicating that the polymer microspheres can effectively prevent the penetration of corrosive media and achieve long-term corrosion resistance of coatings.The results of water absorption test show that the water absorption of the film can be reduced from 1.75%to 0.7%by filling the microspheres.In addition,UV aging test proves that the addition of fluoropolymer can improve the UV aging resistance of the coating films.
