摘  要:镁铝尖晶石是一种重要的耐火材料,除了利用其固有特性外,高温下镁铝尖晶石的原位生成包括二次尖晶石化是耐火材料显微结构和服役性能调控的重要手段,利用其膨胀效应,不仅可抵消烧结产生的收缩,提高铝镁浇注料、低碳镁碳耐火材料、铝镁碳耐火材料等材料的抗侵蚀性,而且严重影响功能耐火材料的可靠性。本文首先介绍了镁铝尖晶石原位生成机理,重点讨论了气相生成尖晶石的历程以及二次尖晶石化现象,然后从氧化物体系和含碳材料体系出发,基于组成、粒度、气氛、温度及生成物形态等方面系统总结了镁铝尖晶石原位生成的影响因素及其对材料结构和性能的影响,并提出了性能、结构调控的重要途径和当前研究的薄弱环节,可为制备抗侵蚀性强、可靠性高的高性能耐火材料提供重要参考。MgAl_(2)O_(4)is an important refractory.In addition to utilizing its inherent properties,the in-situ formation of MgAl_(2)O_(4)at high temperatures,including secondary spinelization,is an important means to regulate the microstructure and service performance for refractories.Its expansion effect can offset the shrinkage caused by sintering,which can improve the corrosion resistance of liner such as Al 2O 3-MgO castables,low-carbon MgO-C refractories,and Al 2O 3-MgO-C refractories.Additionally,this effect can seriously affect the reliability of functional refractories.This paper firstly introduces the in-situ formation mechanism of MgAl_(2)O_(4)and focuses on the formation process by gas phase and the phenomenon of secon-dary spinelization.Based on the composition,particle size,atmosphere,temperature and products morphology,the factors for in-situ MgAl_(2)O_(4)formation and their influence on the microstructure and properties of materials are further systematically summarized in Al 2O 3-MgO-MgAl_(2)O_(4)system and carbon-containing system,respectively.Some ways for regulating microstructure and service performance of refractories and several weak contents of current research are also proposed.This paper will provide an important reference for the preparation of refractories with high corrosion resistance and high reliability.
