文献计量视域下的档案管理研究现状与前沿分析

摘　　要：随着互联网络、计算机技术、通信技术的快速推进,档案管理实践工作发生相应变化和发展,档案管理相关研究人员也进行了系列的理论研究与探索。该研究以国内档案管理期刊文献为研究对象,以中国知网为数据源,检索获得近20年来档案管理相关期刊文献544篇,采用文献计量学方法和内容分析法,利用NoteExpress和CiteSpace软件对档案管理期刊文献的年代、作者、机构等外部特征和研究热点、研究前沿内容特征进行分析和可视化呈现。通过研究发现,近20年来我国档案管理研究热点主要集中于档案管理、图书情报与档案管理、电子档案、档案学、人事档案等领域;档案管理研究前沿主要分布于电子文件管理、图书情报与档案管理、档案管理模式等方向。With the rapid advancement of internet,computer technology,and communication technology,the practical work of archive management has undergone corresponding changes and development.Researchers related to archive management have also conducted a series of theoretical research and exploration.This study takes domestic archives management journal literature as the research object,and uses CNKI as the data source to retrieve 544 archives management related journal literature in the past 20 years.Using bibliometric methods and content analysis methods,NoteExpress and CiteSpace software are used to analyze and visualize the external characteristics,research hotspots,and cutting-edge content characteristics of archives management journal literature,such as age,author,institution,etc.Through research,it has been found that in the past 20 years,the research hotspots of archive management in China have mainly focused on the fields of archive management,library and information and archive management,electronic archives,archival science,personnel archives,etc.The forefront of archive management research is mainly distributed in the fields of electronic document management,library,information and archive management,and archive management models.
