摘 要:高校教师自我情绪调节能够促进教师更高效率地完成教学目标,教师在教学活动中是否包含情绪劳动在很大程度上决定了教学效果的优劣以及学生对教学的满意度。基于学界已有的对情绪劳动和学生满意度的相关研究,通过问卷调查以及数据分析得出以下结论:高校教师在教学过程中存在一定程度的情绪劳动;高校教师情绪劳动与学生满意度存在正相关关系;高校教师的表层行为、深层行为以及自然行为与学生满意度均呈正相关关系。Self emotional regulation by university teachers can achieve teaching objectives more efficiently.The inclusion of emotional labor in teachers'teaching activities largely determines the quality of teaching effectiveness and students'satisfaction with the teaching process.Based on summarizing previous literature on emotional labor and student satisfaction,a research hypothesis is proposed and validated through questionnaire analysis and data analysis.The research has shown that university teachers perform a certain degree of emotional labor in the teaching process.There is a positive correlation between emotional labor of university teachers and student satisfaction.The surface behavior,deep behavior,and natural behavior of university teachers are positively correlated with student satisfaction.
