摘　　要：案例研究是从具体行为到经验的提炼,国际标准编制进程中多采用案例研究形式开展新兴技术标准化探索。在不同领域全面收集和分析应用案例,可以为明确标准制定需求、技术路线等提供支撑。本文介绍了国际标准研究中IEC系统方法论的六个阶段,阐述不同阶段的研究重点,得到案例收集与分析的方法,最终能够识别标准需求的差距。在此基础上,以国际标准IECSRD63273《智慧城市案例收集与分析:城市信息模型》为例,探索实践包含“应用场景——用户故事——案例分析”的案例收集方法和流程,并通过分析找准未来城市信息模型标准化方面的需求。Case studies refine specific actions into experiences.In the process of international standards development,case studies are often used to explore the standardization of emerging technologies.Comprehensive collection and analysis of application cases in different fields can provide support for clear standards development needs and technical routes,etc.This paper introduces the six stages of IEC system methodology in international standards research,expounds the research emphases of different stages,obtains the method of case collection and analysis,and fi nally identifi es the gap of standards requirements.On this basis,the international standard IEC SRD 63273,Smart cities use case collection and analysis:City Information Modelling,is taken as an example to explore and practice the case collection methods and processes including“application scenario—user story—case analysis”,and identify the needs of future city information model standardization through the analysis.
