摘　　要：目的:建立便携式血糖仪质量管理体系,规范其使用和管理,保证血糖检测的准确性和可靠性。方法:基于PDCA循环原理,通过现况调查发现便携式血糖仪使用与管理存在的问题并进行原因分析,采取了成立多学科协作的POCT质量管理小组、完善制度、明确规范和标准、组织培训和考核、资质授权、查检督导等措施。结果:便携式血糖仪的使用与管理合格率得到有效提高,操作人员均得到资质授权,操作规范合格率均达到100%,在血糖仪管理与维护上,除室间比对(97.5%)和室内质控(97.5%)外,其余项目执行合格率均达到100%;形成标准化便携式血糖仪管理制度。结论:基于PDCA循环建立多学科协作的便携式血糖仪质量管理体系,可以科学、有效地促进便携式血糖仪的使用与管理规范化、标准化。Objective:To establish a quality management system of portable blood glucose meter,standardize its use and management,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of blood glucose monitoring.Methods:Based on the PDCA circulation,the existing problems in the use and management of portable blood glucose meter were investigated and cause analysis was conducted,and the measures including the establishment of a multidisciplinary cooperative POCT quality management team,improving the system,making clear norms and standards,organizing training and assessment,qualification authorization,inspection and supervision were taken.Results:The qualified rate of use and management of portable blood glucose meter was effectively improved,and the operators were authorized.The qualified rate of operation specifications reached 100%.In the management and maintenance of glucose meter,except inter-room comparison(97.5%)and indoor QC(97.5%),the qualified rate of other projects reached 100%;standardized portable blood glucose meter management system was formed.Conclusion:Establishing a multidisciplinary cooperative quality management system of portable blood glucose meter based on PDCA circulation can scientifically and effectively promote the normalization and standardization of the use and management of portable blood glucose meter.
