摘　　要：目的:分析规范化宫腔镜电切手术对子宫内膜息肉的治疗效果和对患者生活质量的影响。方法:以蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2021年1月至12月内收治的90例子宫内膜息肉患者为本次研究对象,并以随机法分为对照组和实验组(每组各45例)。前者给予常规宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗,后者给予规范化宫腔镜电切手术治疗,统计对比两种手术方案的应用价值。结果:(1)实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)实验组患者手术时长、术中出血量、住院时长等临床指标及术后1个月的并发症发生率、术后1年内复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)两组患者治疗前的GQOL-74评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗后实验组患者的GQOL-74评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫内膜息肉患者采取规范化宫腔镜电切手术治疗,可取得安全高效的手术疗效。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized hysteroscopic electroresection on the treatment of endometrial polyps and the influence on patients’quality of life.Methods:Ninety patients with endometrial polyps admitted to the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the objects of study,and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number method(45 cases in each group).The former was treated with conventional hysteroscopic curettage,while the latter was treated with standardized hysteroscopic electrotomy.The application value of the two surgical schemes was statistically compared.Results:(1)The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and other clinical indicators,the incidence of complications one month after surgery and the recurrence rate within one year after surgery in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in GQOL-74 score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,GQOL-74 score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat patients with endometrial polyps by standardized hysteroscopic electrotomy.
