摘　　要：高校宿舍普遍存在各式各样的问题与矛盾,以往宿舍矛盾的解决,多是事后调解、更换宿舍,短期内能缓解宿舍矛盾,但不利于宿舍整体人际关系的提升。本文尝试利用新媒体在解决宿舍矛盾方面的积极作用,探究基于新媒体视角解决宿舍矛盾的新路径,形成引人思考、主动化解、成果激励的体系,建立自我教育、家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育相融合的全员育人协同机制。There are all kinds of problems and contradictions in college dormitory.In the past,the experience of resolving dormitory contradiction is mostly post-mediation and dormitory change,which can alleviate dormitory contradiction in the short term,but is not conducive to improve overall dormitory interpersonal relationship.Therefore,the author tries to explore a new path to solve dormitory contradictions based on the perspective of new media.So it can form a system of"starting from the heart"-"changing from action"-"stimulating from fruit"to solve dormitory contradiction,and establish a coordinated education mechanism for all personnel that integrates self-education,family education,school education and social education.
