摘　　要：文章旨在探究如何利用资源挖掘方法进行医疗机构诊疗数据的归档管理。具体而言,文章通过对文本数据进行分析,提出了医疗机构诊疗档案与非诊疗档案的二分法,并从厚植资源的角度,提出诊疗数据、非诊疗数据、医疗机构全数据的概念。进一步从资源挖掘的视角,提出医疗数据统合管理为基础,诊疗数据与诊疗档案协同管理为核心,全数据归档为重点,信息技术应用为手段,高效服务为目标的医疗机构诊疗数据归档思路。This article aims to explore the utilization of resource mining methods for the archiving management of di-agnostic and treatment data in medical institutions.Specifically,through the analysis on textual data,the article pro-poses a dichotomy between diagnostic and non-diagnostic archives in medical institutions.From the perspective of re-source accumulation,the concepts of diagnostic data,non-diagnostic data,and comprehensive data in medical institu-tions are introduced.Furthermore,from the viewpoint of resource mining,the article suggests a framework for medi-cal institution archival management:integrated management of medical data as the foundation,coordinated manage-ment of diagnostic data and diagnostic archives as the core,full data archiving as the priority,information technology as the tool,and efficient service as the goal.
