摘 要:提出一种基于物联网技术的油田注水系统节能降耗方法,介绍系统组成和架构及其关键技术。以我国定边采油厂为例,对该系统的应用效果进行实例研究。结果表明:在定边采油厂引入基于物联网技术的油田注水系统节能降耗技术后,通过分析发现,注水量、注水压力、节流损失、注水泵运行效率对注水能耗的影响相对较大,通过采取合理的措施,每日节约无效注水量约1.4 t,单井节约日电量约5.6 kW·h,实现了节约水资源和降低耗电量的目标。A IoT-based energy conservation and consumption reduction technology for the oilfield water injection system was proposed and its system composition and architecture and the key technologies were described.Through taking Dingbian oil plant as an example,the application effect of the system applied was investigated to show that,the water injection rate,pressure,throttling loss and operating efficiency obviously influence the water injection’s energy consumption.Through taking reasonable measures,the daily ineffective water injection rate is about 1.4 t and the single well saves about 5.6 kW·h,which can achieve the object of saving water resources and reducing power consumption.
