摘 要:针对核电机组蒸汽旁排阀阀位反馈杆频繁失效的问题,通过振动和应变测量并结合阀门运行参数,分析获得阀位反馈杆的振动载荷来源、振动响应特征及其振动响应与阀门开度的关系。分析表明阀门内部汽流激振是导致阀位反馈杆振动疲劳断裂的主要原因,阀门联轴器和反馈杆结构容易在振动环境下发生松动和损伤,是反馈杆振动疲劳断裂的促进因素。针对发现的问题,提出了改进建议,可为进行核电机组类似结构分析提供参考。Considering frequent failures of the valve position feedback rod of a steam side-discharge valve in a nuclear power unit,through having vibration and strain measured and combined with valve operation parameters,the valve position feedback rod’s vibration load source,vibration response characteristics and the relationship between the vibration response and valve opening were analyzed.The analysis shows that the steam excitation inside the valve is the main reason of the vibration fatigue fracture of the feedback rod.The valve coupling and feedback rod structure are easy to loosen and damage under vibration environment,which is the promotion factor for the vibration fatigue fracture of the feedback rod.In view of the problems found,suggestions for improvement were put forward,which can provide reference for similar structure analysis of nuclear power units.
