摘  要:以DN 800不锈钢平板型烘筒作为研究对象,采用有限元数值仿真技术,进行静应力强度分析和极限载荷研究。由于平板封头与筒体采用了未焊透的角焊缝结构,不符合GB/T 150.3—2011的相关规定;为此讨论了平板封头在不同形状的开槽结构对不锈钢平板型烘筒的结构强度和承载能力的影响。结果表明,当半圆形开槽结构半径R=3.5 mm时,结构强度最大,极限载荷最大,安全裕量最高。In this paper,having DN 800 stainless steel flat dryer taken as the research object and the finite element numerical simulation technology adopted to analyze static stress intensity and research limit load was implemented.Considering the fact that incomplete penetration fillet weld structure between flat head and cylinder fails to comply with GB/T 150.3—2011,the influence on both structural strength and bearing capacity of the flat head with various slotted structures were discussed.The results show that,as for radius R=3.5 mm of the semi-circular slotted structure,the structural strength becomes largest together with largest ultimate load and highest safety margin.
