摘 要:班级是大学生的基本组织形式,是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务,开展集体主义教育的主要组织载体。随着高等教育改革的深入以及数字信息技术的飞速发展,传统的高校班级管理模式正在接受严峻的挑战。机遇与挑战并存,党的二十大报告指出,“推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国”。教育部等六部门提出,“促进线上线下教育融合发展,推动教育数字转型”,本文借鉴了商业领域的“O2O”互联网营销模型,建构了“O2O”高校班级管理模型,将数字化班级管理手段与传统班级管理手段相融合,充分整合线上线下资源,实现教师、学生、家长,学校、班级、家庭三位一体协同育人。Class is the basic student organizational of the colleges and Universities and it is the main organizational carrier for self-education,self-management,self-service and collectivism education of colleges and universities students.With the deepening of higher education reform and the rapid development of digital information technology,the traditional class management model in colleges and universities is facing severe challenges.Opportunities and challenges coexist,the report of the 20th National Con-gress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"promoting the digitization of education and building a learning society and a learning country with lifelong learning for all".Six departments,including the Ministry of Education,have proposed to"promote the integration of online and offline education,promote the digital transformation of education".This article draws on the"O2O"internet marketing model in the commercial field and constructs the"O2O"colleges and universities class management model,Integrate digital class management methods with traditional class management methods,as well as fully integrate online and offline resources,also achieve a coordinated education of teachers,students,parents,schools,classes,and families.On this basis,the application of this model in the process of class management in colleges and universities was preliminarily explored.
