摘 要:LCD屏式光固化3D打印机具有高精度、快速、低成本等优点,已被广泛应用于各个行业。由于打印过程中光敏树脂的聚合反应会导致LCD屏温度偏高,影响使用寿命。为解决LCD屏散热问题,文章提出三种遮光罩散热方案,利用AN-SYS流体仿真分析遮光罩内气体流动速度及流体压力,得到散热仿真效果,再使用接触式温度仪实测三种方案的散热效果。结果表明,散热仿真与实测效果基本一致,采用2个散热风扇接近屏幕时,散热效果最佳,最高温度接近41℃。LCD screen 3D printer has been widely used in various industries due to its high precision,speed,and low cost.How-ever,the aggregation reaction of photosensitive resin during the printing process can cause the LCD screen to overheat and affect its service life.In order to solve the LCD screen heat dissipation problem,this article proposes three shading hood heat dissipation schemes and use the ANSYS fluid simulation to analyze the gas flow rate and fluid pressure inside the shading hood,and to obtain the heat dissipation simulation effect.Then,three kinds of heat dissipation schemes are actually tested using a contact-type thermometer.The results show that the heat dissipation simulation and the actual test results are basically consistent.When two heat dissipation fans are close to the screen,the heat dissipation effect is the best,and the highest temperature is close to 41℃.
