摘 要:文章基于ANSYS17.0平台的计算流体软件CFX,对一长短叶片离心泵在叶轮切割前后的内流场进行了数值求解。根据计算结果分别预测了切割5%和10%叶轮外径后离心泵的性能曲线,并分析了叶轮外径切割后对泵内部叶轮中间截面相对速度和静压的影响。结果表明:随着叶轮外径切割量的增大,长短叶片离心泵的扬程有所下降,泵最优工况点向小流量工况偏移,大流量工况效率随着外径切割量的增大而加速下降。Based on the computational fluid software CFX in the ANSYS 17.0 platform,the internal flow field of a centrifugal pump with long and short blades before and after cutting the impeller was numerically solved.Based on the calculation results,the performance curves of the centrifugal pump were predicted after cutting 5%and 10%of the impeller outer diameter,and the influ-ence of cutting the impeller outer diameter on the relative velocity and static pressure distribution of the middle section of the impel-ler inside the pump was analyzed.The results show that as the cutting amount of the outer diameter of the impeller increases,the head of the centrifugal pump with long and short blades decreases,and the optimal operating point of the pump shifts towards the low flow condition.Under the high flow conditions,the efficiency decreases rapidly with the increase of outer diameter cutting amount.
