摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定石斛夜光丸人参中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1,麸炒枳壳中新橙皮苷、柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法(HPLC-ELSD),流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,空气流速2.0 L/min,漂移管温度为110℃。采用建立的方法对样品进行测定,并使用R语言对结果进行分析。结果:所测5种成分在各自线性范围线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.9996,精密度、重复性、稳定性RSD均小于2.95%,平均回收率为96.7%~99.5%,RSD均小于1.90%。使用R语言对结果进行分析,不同厂家的石斛夜光丸5种成分含量差异显著。结论:该方法简便快捷、稳定,测定结果准确可靠,实现了对石斛夜光丸中麸炒枳壳、人参的质量评价,一方面为进一步提升石斛夜光丸的整体质量控制水平奠定基础,另一方面也为不同厂家石斛夜光丸的质量对比研究提供参考。Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rbi and the content of new hesperidin and naringin in fructori auranti.Methods:High performance liquid chromatography evaporative light scattering(HPLC-ELSD)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile water gradient elution,with an air flow rate of 2.0 L/min and a drift tube temperature of 110℃.The established method was used to measure the samples,and the results were analyzed using R language.Results:The 5 components tested showed good linear relationships within their respective linear ranges,with correlation coefficients r greater than 0.9996.The RSD for precision,repeatability,and stability were all less than 2.95%,with an average recovery rate of 96.7%to 99.5%and RSD less than 1.90%.Using R language to analyze the results,it was found that there were significant differences in the content of the 5 components of Shihu Yeguang pills from different manufacturers.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast,stable,and the determination results are accurate and reliable.It not only achieves the quality evaluation of fructori auranti and ginseng in Shihu Yeguang pils,but also lays the foundation for further improving the overall quality control level of Shihu Yeguang pills.On the other hand,it also provides reference for the quality comparison research of Shihu Yeguang pills from different manufacturers.
