基于产业发展MES专创融合模式的职业本科制糖技术专业课程教学改革探讨

摘　　要：文章针对职业本科制糖技术专业核心课程“制糖综合利用与处理”在新形势区内糖业高质量发展的产业升级转型期目前存在的跨学科多行业融汇专业理论授课难度大、创新实践课题不明确以及校企深化合作力度不足等问题,提出在该课程中基于产业发展MES专业创新双模融合教学模式,采用“专业岗位技能+创新实践成果产业化”教改思路进行课程教改项目设计开发,以专业核心课程“制糖综合利用与处理”为例,通过职业岗位技能与技术成果创新来进行教学项目任务设计开发与考核评价,实现符合广西糖业高质量发展需求的职业本科制糖技术专业内涵建设,满足技术技能高素质创新人才培养目标以适应国家现代职业教育的发展需求。Aiming at the problems of the core course"Comprehensive Utilization and Treatment of Sugar Industry"for vocational undergraduate students,such as the difficulty in teaching interdisciplinary and multi-industry integration theory,the unclear innovation practice topics and the insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,this paper puts forward the dual-mode integrated teaching mode of MES professional innovation based on industrial development in this course,and adopts the teaching reform idea of"professional post skills+industrialization of innovative practical achievements"to design and develop the curriculum teaching reform project.Taking the core course of"Comprehensive Utilization and Treatment of Sugar Production"as an example,the task design,development,assessment and evaluation of teaching projects are carried out through the innovation of professional post skills and technical achievements,so as to realize the connotation construction of sugar technology specialty for vocational undergraduates that meets the high-quality development needs of Guangxi sugar industry,meet the training objectives of high-quality innovative talents with technical skills and meet the development needs of national modern vocational education.
