摘 要:传统的国产集成电路研制方法由于缺乏用户方的深度参与,用研沟通不够,致使器件研制特性与用户需求之间具有不能完全对应的风险。论述了一种基于用研结合思想,通过在传统研制流程中嵌入有效的用户试用和评估环节进行国产集成电路研制的方法。基于用研结合的,能够同步集成电路的研制进程进行试用验证,保证了国产集成电路在每个设计阶段设计与需求的相符性,保证了研制质量、加快了国产集成电路研制进度,为装备研制提供了基础保障。Due to the lack of deep participation of users and insufficient communication between users and researchers,the traditional domestic IC development methods have the risk of not completely corresponding between device development characteristics and user needs.This paper describes a method of developing domestic components based on the idea of combining research with application by embedding effective user trial and evaluation link in the traditional development process.Based on the combination of application and research,the development process of integrated circuits can be synchronized for trial verification,ensuring the consistency between the design and requirements of domestic integrated circuits at each design stage,ensuring the quality of development,accelerating the progress of domestic integrated circuit development,and providing a basic guarantee for equipment development.
