摘  要:目的:建立白及电化学指纹图谱,对白及与其伪品“水白及”进行鉴别研究,为其用药安全有效提供依据。方法:采用Belousov-Zhabotinski(B-Z)振荡反应研究白及及其伪品的电化学指纹图谱,以BrO_(3)^(-)+H^(+)+Ce^(4+)+丙二酸为震荡体系,考查温度、转速、加入量等条件对指纹图谱的影响;最佳测定条件为温度310 K、转速600 r/min、白及粉末加入量0.1000 g。结果:白及与其伪品“水白及”的电化学指纹图谱特征参数相差较大。结论:电化学指纹图谱的峰形、振荡寿命、振荡周期及诱导时间等特征参数可以作为白及与其伪品“水白及”的有效鉴别依据。Objective An electrochemical fingerprint of Bletillae Rhizoma.To analyze and identify Bletillae Rhizoma and Its conterfeits“shuibaiji”will provide a reference for ensuring its safety and effectiveness.Methods The technique of Belousov-Zhabotinski(B-Z)oscillating reaction was used.BrO_(3)^(-)+H^(+)+Ce^(4+)+malonic acid was used as the shock system,and the effects of temperature,rotational speed and addition amount on the fingerprint were investigated.The optimum conditions were as follows:temperature 310 K,speed 600 r/min,the amount of Bletillae Rhizoma added 0.1000 g.Results The electrochemical fingerprints of Bletillae Rhizoma and its conterfeits“shuibaiji”showed significantly different characteristics.Conclusion The peak shape,oscillation life,oscillation period,induction time and other characteristic parameters of the fingerprints can be used as an effective basis for the identification of Bletillae Rhizoma and its conterfeits“shuibaiji”.
