摘　　要：六月还阳是贵州特色苗药,也为民间常用药物,具有止血散瘀、清热解毒、消肿止痛等功效,主要用于治疗疮痈疽疔、跌打损伤、虫蛇咬伤及各类出血病症。其药用历史悠久,效果显著。其主要含有黄酮类、酚酸类、生物碱类等化学成分,具有抗炎、解痉、抗氧化等药理作用。文章通过检索文献和整合资料,对六月还阳药用历史、生药学研究、化学成分、药理活性以及临床应用的研究进行综述,以期为六月还阳的进一步深入研究及开发利用提供参考依据。Sedum aizoon L.is a characteristic Miao medicine in Guizhou.It is also a commonly used folk medicine,which has the functions of stanching bleeding and resolving sasis,subsiding swelling and relieving pain,clearing heat and detoxicating.It is mainly used for the treatment of injuries from falls,carbuncle,injuries from insect and snake biting and various bleeding diseases.Its use has a long history and remarkable effect.It mainly contains flavonoids,phenolic acids,alkaloids and other chemical components,with anti-inflammatory,spasmolysis,anti-oxidation and other pharmacological effects.In this article,the medicinal history,pharmacognosis,chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Sedum aizoon L.aizoon were reviewed by searching the literature and integrating data,in order to provide reference for further in-depth research,development and utilization.
