基于数据挖掘分析含藏药材麻花艽的处方配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘手段研究含藏药麻花艽处方的配伍规律。方法:收集并整理藏医药著作中含藏药麻花艽的处方。应用统计软件Rx644.1.3Apriori算法进行关联规则分析、用Microsoft Excel 2019进行频数的统计,以及应用中医传承辅助平台进行用药规律分析并找出核心药物组合。结果:《藏医药方剂大全》等藏医药著作中共获得142个含藏药麻花艽的处方,涉及260种藏药材,关联167种疾病。通过频次统计分析得出,频数靠前的五味藏药材依次为,兔耳草(75)、川盔乌头(52)、翼首草(50)、诃子(48)、鸭嘴花(43),此类药材除诃子外,均为凉性药物,与藏药麻花艽配伍使用来治疗热性疾病,如:赤巴病、热症、瘟疫等。通过关联规则整理并挖掘出置信度、频数、支持度、均最高的药物组合为麻花艽—兔耳草,麻花艽—船盔乌头,麻花艽—诃子。结论:含藏药麻花艽的处方治疗赤巴病、热症等疾病时多与清热解毒、干涸淤血、瘟疫发热、治疗黄水病等的药物联合使用,并且发现相关病理与核心药物组合之间的相互对应,与藏药方剂学的“君臣佐使”配伍规律相符合,表明此规律为藏药复方新药开发中具有重要的指导意义。研究结果为临床合理使用藏药麻花艽及含麻花艽处方提供了重要参考依据。Objective Investigate the compatibility rules of Gentiana straminea Maxim with Zang medicine based on data mining.Methods Collect and arrange the prescription of Gentiana straminea Maxim with Zang medicine in Zang medical books.Apply the statistical software Rx644.1.3Apriori algorithm to perform association rule analysis,Microsoft Excel 2019 to make frequency statistics,and TCMISS to analyse the rules of medication regularity and identity the core medication combination.Results Zang medication books such as The Book of Tibetan Medicine Prescriptions include in total 142 prescriptions of Gentiana straminea Maxim with Zang medicine,referring to 260 kinds of Zang medicine and 167 diseases.Through the analysis of frequency statistics,the five most frequently used medication is Lagotis glauca Gaertn(75),AconitumcarmichaeliDebx(52),Pterocephali Herba(50),Terminalia chebula Retz(48)and Justicia adhatoda Linnaeus(43).Those medicine are cool-natured except Terminalia chebula Retz,and can be compatible with Gentiana straminea Maxim with Tibetan medicine to cure febrile diseases,such as:Chiba disease,fever and plague,etc.The combinations of medicine with the highest confidence coefficient,frequency and degree of support are found out through sorting and mining association rules,which are Gentiana straminea Maxim-Lagotis glauca Gaertn,Gentiana straminea Maxim-Aconitumcarmichaeli Debx and Gentiana Straminea Maxim-Terminalia chebula Retz.Conclusion Prescriptions of Gentiana Straminea Maxim are frequently combined with medications that has the effect of clearing away heat and toxic material and curing extravasated blood,fever,plague and grasserie.It is also observed that the related pathology is in correspondence with the combinations of core medicine,and conforms to the compatibility rules of assistant and guide in the Zang medicine prescriptions,indicating it has great leading importance in Zang medicine compound and new medicine development.The research results provide significant references for the clinical fair use of Gent
