摘　　要：外固定是骨科创伤手术的重要组成部分,在骨不连、骨骼畸形及骨髓炎等方面也发挥了重要作用。其克氏针的置入使针道直接与外界相通,暴露在环境中易导致多种并发症,其中最常见的是针道感染,随之会出现疼痛、针松动,不及时处理可进展为骨髓炎,严重危害患者生命健康。因此,针道护理工作尤为重要。针道护理频率、消毒液和敷料选择及抗生素的使用等预防针道感染形式上存在多样化,无统一标准,且都不能完全避免针道感染发生,针道感染成为临床工作中面临的严峻挑战之一。本文总结了文献报道中针道感染诊断标准、危险因素、预防形式以及中西医结合的应用,且提出可寻求中医药治疗的方式预防针道感染,以期为今后预防骨外固定针道感染临床实践和相关研究提供参考依据。External fixation is an important part of orthopedic trauma surgery,and also plays an important role in bone nonunion,bone deformity and osteomyelitis.The insertion of Kirschner wire makes the pin site directly connected with the outside world,and exposure to the environment is easy to lead to a variety of complications.One of the most common is pin site infection,which causes pain,looseness of the pin.If not treated in time,osteomyelitis can progress and seriously endanger the life and health of patients.Therefore,pin site care is particularly important.There are various forms of prevention,such as frequency of pin site care,choice of disinfectant and dressing and use of antibiotics,but there is no unified standard,and the occurrence of pin site infection cannot be completely avoided.The problem has become one of the severe challenges in clinical work.This paper summarizes the diagnostic criteria,risk factors,prevention forms of pin site infection and the application of integrated traditional and western medicine in literature reports,then it is suggested to seek traditional Chinese medicine to prevent infection,in order to provide reference for future clinical practice and related research on the prevention of external fixation pin site infection.
