摘 要:大型公立医院“一院多区”的发展模式,已成为医疗卫生资源合理配置的重要途径。近年来,福建省妇幼保健院迎来新的发展阶段,负责筹建福建省儿童医院、福建省妇产医院两家医院,在新院投入运营后,实行多院区融合管理。福建省妇幼保健院立足医院实际,制定“三院协同、跨越发展”的战略,在行政管理、学科建设、数字医院、绩效改革等方面采取系列措施,统筹安排各院区的人、财、物等资源要素,不断探索实践多院区一体化管理。本文旨在对该院的多院一体化管理实践,探讨其中存在的问题,并对进一步发展进行展望。The"one hospital and multiple campuses"development model of large public hospitals has become an important way to rationally allocate medical and health resources.In recent years,Fujian Provincial Maternity and Children's Hospital has ushered in a new stage of development.It is responsible for the preparation of two hospitals,Fujian Children's Hospital and Fujian Maternity Hospital.After the new hospital was put into operation,the integrated management of multiple campuses was implemented.Based on the actual situation of the hospital,Fujian Provincial Maternity and Children's Hospital formulated the strategy of"coordinated leaping-forward development of the three hospitals".A series of measures were taken in such aspects as administration,discipline construction,digital hospital,and performance reform.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problems existing in the practice of multi-hospital integration management of the hospital,and look forward to its further development.
