摘　　要：目的分析快速康复外科(ERAS)结合中医护理在剖宫产围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年1月南昌市医学科学研究所附属医院妇产科接收的120例围手术期孕产妇为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例),对照组产妇接受常规护理,观察组产妇接受ERAS结合中医护理。比较两组产妇产后康复情况、住院时间、疼痛情况、生活质量以及并发症情况。结果观察组干预后产妇肛门排气时间、恶露排净时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于两组干预前,且观察组干预后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组产妇生活质量量表(SF-36)评分均高于干预前,且干预后观察组产妇SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产围手术期产妇采用ERAS结合中医护理可显著改善产后康复情况,对产妇的疼痛缓解较为显著,对产妇生活质量有显著改善,同时可显著降低并发症,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in perioperative period of cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang Medical Science Institute from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group(60 cases)and an observation group(60 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received ERAS combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Postpartum recovery,length of hospital stay,pain,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,anal exhaust time,lochia clearance time,time of out-of-bed activities and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups was lower than those before intervention,and the VAS score of observation group was lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)score of the two groups was higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying ERAS combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in perioperative period of women undergoing cesarean section can significantly promote recovery,alleviate pain,improve quality of life and reduce complications.
