摘  要:目的:研究短冠东风菜的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析其化学成分;通过硅胶柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱法对乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据与文献对照鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果:从挥发油中鉴定出14个化学成分,其主要化学成分为石竹烯氧化物(26.68%);从乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸吡喃基-齐墩果酸甲酯(1)、杨梅素(2)、槲皮素(3)、山奈酚(4)、芦丁(5)、紫云英苷(6)、异槲皮苷(7)、异绿原酸A(8)、异绿原酸B(9)、异绿原酸C(10)、绿原酸(11)、隐绿原酸(12)、新绿原酸(13)、咖啡酸(14)、没食子酸(15)。结论:挥发油中含量最高的是石竹烯氧化物;所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Duanguan Dongfengcai(Doellingeria Marchandii).Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.The ethanol extracts were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified according to the spectral data and literature.Results:A total of 14 volatile components were identified by GC-MS and the main volatile chemical composition was caryophyllene oxide(26.68%).A total of 15 compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts and identified as 3-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid methyl ester(1),myricetin(2),quercetin(3),kaempferol(4),rutin(5),astragaloside(6),isoquercetin(7),isochlorogenic acid A(8),isochlorogenic acid B(9),isochlorogenic acid C(10),chlorogenic acid(11)cryptochlorogenic acid(12),neochlorogenic acid(13),caffeic acid(14),gallic acid(15).Conclusion:The highest content of volatile oil is caryophyllene oxide.All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
