摘　　要：通过查阅历代古籍文献中有关“遗尿”的论述,从病名、脉候、病因病机、治疗等方面进行源流考证,以期为临床研究小儿遗尿提供依据。古今病名较简,以“遗溺”多见。病因病机大致归为虚实两端,虚以肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调,尤以下焦虚寒为主。实证多见心火亢盛、肝经湿热。同时总结了历代医家的治疗经验,治法丰富,大致从辨证论治、针灸疗法和简易诸方等方面予以述评,在五脏辨证的基础上分为了内治法和外治法两大类。This paper reviews the discussion of"enuresis"disease in ancient books and documents.And the origin of the disease is researched from the aspects of disease name,pulse syndrome,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment,etc,in order to provide a basis for clinical study of enuresis in children.The name of the disease in ancient and modern times is relatively simple,with"Yi'ni(遗溺)"being the most common.The etiology and pathogenesis are broadly classified as deficiency and excess,with deficiency based on dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney,especially deficiency cold in the lower jiao.And excess is based on hyperactive fire in the heart and damp heat in the liver.At the same time,it summarizes the treatment experience of the doctors of the past dynasties,and the treatment methods are rich,which are generally reviewed from the aspects of syndrome differentiation,acupuncture therapy and simple prescription.In a word,on the basis of the five viscera syndrome differentiation,it is divided into two categories,internal treatment and external treatment.
