摘 要:以SED芳烃抽提蒸馏工艺为研究对象,介绍了芳烃抽提单元和芳烃分离单元传统控制方案,如抽提塔塔顶压力控制和塔底界面控制,回收塔压力控制,苯塔的温差控制等。并讨论了操作温度、操作压力、液位等重要工艺参数对各控制方案的影响。在该基础上,讨论了先进控制算法在SED芳烃抽提工艺中的应用。通过对比传统PID控制方案和先进控制方案,结果表明:合理的先进控制方案有助于减少操作人员干预,提高装置的稳定运行。Taking SED aromatic extraction and distillation process as the study object,the traditional control schemes of aromatic extraction unit and aromatic separation unit are introduced,such as the top pressure control and the bottom liquid level interface control of the extraction tower,the pressure control of the recovery tower,and the differential temperature control of the benzene tower.The influence of important process parameters such as operating temperature,operating pressure and operating level on each control scheme are also discussed.On the basis,the application of advanced control algorithm in SED aromatic extraction process are discussed.By comparing the traditional PID control scheme with the advanced control schemes,the result shows that reasonable advanced control scheme is helpful to reduce operator intervention and improve stable operation of the unit.
