“1+1”管理模式在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究“1+1”管理模式在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果,为提高患者肠道准备质量提供参考。方法采用方便抽样法,选取成都市某三甲医院2022年7月至9月行结肠镜检查的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组139例和对照组135例。对照组给予常规结肠镜检查护理,观察组进行“1+1”管理模式。比较两组患者肠道清洁程度、结肠镜检查不良反应、患者肠道准备依从性及满意度评价等指标。结果干预前,两组患者结肠镜检查相关准备知晓得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者结肠镜检查波士顿评分(6.58±1.06)分,高于对照组(5.73±1.19)分;观察组饮食依从性88.6%,服药依从性94.7%,运动依从性93.75%,满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论“1+1”管理模式能够改善结肠镜检查肠道准备质量,减轻患者肠道准备过程中的不适感。Objective To investigate the"1+1"mode in bowel preparation before colonoscopy,with a view to improve the quality of bowel preparation for patients.Methods From July 2022 to September 2022,using the handy sampling method,274 patients who underwent colonoscopy for the first time in a general hospital in Chengdu were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=135)and observation group(n=139)using the random number table method.The control group cases were given conventional pre-colonoscopy nursing measures,while the observation group was intervened with the"1+1"mode measures.The degree of bowel cleanliness,the occurrence of adverse reactions to colonoscopy,compliance with bowel preparation before examination and satisfaction evaluation were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistical difference in the knowledge score related to colonoscopy(P>0.05).After intervention,Boston score of colonoscopy was higher in observation group than in control group(6.58±1.06)vs.(5.73±1.19).The compliance rates of diet(88.6%),medication(94.7%)and exercise(93.75%)were significantly higher in the observation group than in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Clustered nursing measures based on key point control theory could improve quality of bowel preparation for colonoscopy,and alleviate discomfort during bowel preparation in cases.
