清法治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的机制研究

摘　　要：非哺乳期乳腺炎(non-lactation mastitis,NLM)的病机尚不明确,现代医学以手术切除炎性部分为主要治疗方法,但创伤大,且术后呈现反复发作、缠绵难愈的特点。NLM属中医学“粉刺性乳痈”范畴,“热毒”贯穿于整个病理过程,以“清热解毒”为代表的清法广泛用于该病的各个治疗阶段。对以清法治疗NLM的学术理论从治则治法的理论溯源、临床应用的辨证要点、选用药物几方面加以简要论述,并探讨其可能的作用机制。Modern medicine adopts surgical removal of inflammatory parts as the main therapeutic method for non-lactation mastitis(NLM)since its pathogenesis is unclear,with severe trauma,showing the characteristics of recurrent attacks,lingering and difficult to heal after the operation.NLM belongs to acute mastitis in traditional Chinese medicine,"heat toxin"is throughout the entire pathological process,clearing therapy,represented by"clearing away heat and detoxifying",has been widely used in the treatment of different periods of NLM.The paper briefly discusses the academic theory of treating NLM with clearing therapy from theoretical origin of therapeutic method and principles,key points of syndrome differentiation in clinical application and medicine selection,meanwhile explores the possible mechanism.
