注射用更昔洛韦治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析将注射用更昔洛韦应用于儿童传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的治疗过程中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月—2021年4月天津市泰达医院76例患有儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿治疗方案不同分组,其中38例患儿采用注射用更昔洛韦治疗(对照组),另外38例患儿采用注射用更昔洛韦联合干扰素-α2b(INF-α2b)喷雾剂(实验组)治疗。结果:实验组患儿治疗效果、症状改善时间以及住院时间均与对照组患儿相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.242,P<0.05)。结论:注射用更昔洛韦联合外用INF-α2b喷雾剂治疗方案是儿童传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的一种理想治疗方案,有助于患儿相关症状的更好改善,获得了显著的治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the clinical application of ganciclovir for injection in the treatment of chil⁃dren with childhood infectious mononucleosis.Methods:76 children suffering from childhood infectious mononucleosis in hospitals from May 2019 to Aprial 2021 were selected and grouped according to the treatment regimen of the children.Among them,38 chil⁃dren were treated with injectable ganciclovir(control group),and the other 38 children were treated with injectable ganciclovir com⁃bined with INF-α2b spray(experimental group).Results:The treatment effect,symptom improvement time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the erperimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.242,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of injectable ganciclovir with topical INF-α2b spray is an ideal treatment for children with childhood infectious mononucleosis,contributing to a better improvement of the symptoms and achieving relatively significant results.
