摘 要:目的:探讨六西格玛管理模式在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法:将2019年1—12月江西省妇幼保健院中心手术室450件腹腔镜手术应用的腔镜器械数据作为对照组,将2020年1—12月465件腔镜器械的数据作为观察组。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用六西格玛管理模式进行管理。对两组腔镜器械管理缺陷情况、腔镜器械维修及遗失情况、手术医师对器械管理的满意度进行分析和比较。结果:观察组摆放位置不恰当率为0.65%,清洁不合格率为0.86%,使用后未登记率为1.29%,准备不齐全率为0.65%,功能不佳率为0.43%,部件不配套率为0.43%,未及时维修率为0,低于对照组的6.67%、4.89%、7.56%、4.67%、3.78%、4.00%、2.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.85、13.44、21.47、14.48、12.60、13.63、13.63,P<0.05)。观察组腔镜器械维修率为7.96%,零件遗失率为0.22%,低于对照组的17.33%、1.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.30、5.73,P<0.05)。观察组手术医师对器械管理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.56,P<0.05)。结论:六西格玛管理模式能够提高手术室腔镜器械管理质量,减少器械管理缺陷情况,减少器械维修次数及器械遗失数量,提高医师满意度。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the Six Sigma management model in the management of lumpectomy in⁃struments in the operating room.Methods:The data of 450 laparoscopic instruments applied in laparoscopic procedures in the hos⁃pital from January to December 2019 were used as the control group,and the data of 465 laparoscopic instruments from January to December 2020 were used as the observation group.The control group was managed by conventional management and the observa⁃tion group was managed by Six Sigma management mode.The defective management of lumpectomy instruments,the maintenance and loss of lumpectomy instruments,and the satisfaction of surgeons in both groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The rate of improper placement in the observation group was 0.65%,the rate of failed cleaning was 0.86%,the rate of unregistered after use was 1.29%,the rate of incomplete preparation was 0.65%,the rate of poor function was 0.43%,the rate of mismatched parts was 0.43%,and the rate of untimely maintenance was 0,which was lower than 6.67%,4.89%,7.56%,4.67%,3.78%,4.00%,and 2.89%of the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=23.85,13.44,21.47,14.48,12.60,13.63,13.63,P<0.05).The lumpectomy instrument repair rate in the observation group was 7.96%and the part loss rate was 0.22%for,which was lower than 17.33%and 1.78%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=18.30,5.73,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the surgeons in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.56,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Six Sigma management model can improve the quality of lumpectomy instrument management in the operating room,reduce the number of instrument management defects,reduce the number of instrument repairs and instrument losses,and improve physician satisfaction.
