摘 要:针对经典的传输线-反射-反射-匹配(Line-Reflect-Reflect-Match, LRRM)校准算法复杂度高的问题,提出了一种基于误差网络映射模型的矢量网络分析仪LRRM校准算法。通过构建混合参数形式的误差网络映射模型,将波参数测量值映射到待测端口上的等效电压电流,仅需引入3个电压电流参数比值作为校准系数,一旦求得3个校准系数即可完成LRRM校准。实验结果表明,所提算法的校准结果与经典算法结果基本一致,证明了所提算法的有效性和准确性。所提算法在保证校准结果精度的前提下,降低了算法的复杂度。Aiming at the problems of high complexity of the classic Line-Reflect-Reflect-Match(LRRM)calibration algorithm,an LRRM calibration algorithm based on the error network mapping model is proposed for vector network analyzer measurements.By establishing the error network mapping model in form of mixed parameters,the raw measured waves are mapped to the equivalent voltages and currents at the test ports,and only three ratios of voltage and current parameters are introduced as calibration coefficients.Once the three calibration coefficients are calculated,the LRRM calibration is completed.From the experiment results,a good agreement between the proposed and the classical algorithms can be observed,which proves the validity and accuracy of the proposed LRRM calibration algorithm.The proposed algorithm reduces the complexity while ensuring the accuracy of the calibration results.
