摘 要:污泥调理剂能够有效改善污泥的脱水性能。文章以硅酸钠、铁锈和硫酸铝为原料,通过聚合反应制备得到聚合硅酸铝铁,探究了聚合硅酸铝铁的微观结构,并采用毛细管吸收时间(CST)和压滤后泥饼的含水率评价了聚合硅酸铝铁的污泥脱水效果的影响,结果表明:聚合硅酸铝铁呈三维团粒结构,表面粗糙不规则;市政污泥中随着聚合硅酸铝铁添加量的增加,CST值和压滤后泥饼的含水率均出现先减后增的现象,聚合硅酸铝铁最佳添加量的污泥CST值和泥饼含水率较空白样分别下降53.12%和9.40%;硅酸钠、铁锈和硫酸铝之间通过聚合反应产生了协同效应,生成的聚合硅酸铝铁相比于硅酸钠、铁锈和硫酸铝直接调理效果更佳。Sludge conditioner can effectively improve the dewatering property of sludge.Polymeric aluminum ferric silicate(PAFS)was prepared by polymerization reaction with sodium silicate,rust and aluminum sulfate as raw materials,It is to explore the microstructure of the PAFS.The capillary suction time(CST)and moisture content of sludge cake were used to evaluate the sludge dewatering effect of the PAFS.The results indicated that:The PAFS presented a three-dimensional granular structure with rough and irregular surface.With the increase of the PAFS in sludge,both CST value and moisture content of sludge cake decreased first and then increased.Under the optimum dosage of the PAFS,the CST value and the moisture content of sludge cake decreased by 53.12%and 9.40%respectively compared with the blank sample.There was a synergistic effect between sodium silicate,rust and aluminum sulfate through polymerization,and the resulting PAFS had better direct conditioning effect than sodium silicate,rust and aluminum sulfate.
