摘  要:为提高高强度混凝土的疏水性,提出加入有机硅防水剂进行改性,并对改性后的高强度混凝土性能进行探讨。试验结果表明,当有机硅防水剂的添加量为3%~4%时,改性后的高强度混凝土具备良好的超疏水性和力学性能;养护20 d后的改性高强度混凝土,其表面的水化反应更充分,水化产物更多,从而提高了混凝土表面结构的致密性;改性的高强度混凝土具备良好的耐腐蚀性能,能抵御酸性或碱性溶液的腐蚀。由此可以得出,经过有机硅防水剂改性的高强度混凝土,不仅具有良好的超疏水性,还可提高其力学性能。In order to improve the hydrophobicity of high-strength concrete,it is proposed to add organic silicon waterproofing agent for modification,and the performance of the modified high-strength concrete is discussed.The experimental results showed that when the addition amount of organic silicon waterproofing agent is 3%~4%,the modified high-strength concrete has good superhydrophobicity and mechanical properties;After 20 days of curing,the modified high-strength concrete has a more complete surface hydration reaction and more hydration products,thereby improving the compactness of the concrete surface structure;Modified high-strength concrete has good corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion from acidic or alkaline solutions.From this,it can be concluded that high-strength concrete modified with organic silicone waterproofing agent not only has good superhydrophobicity,but also improves its mechanical properties.
