摘　　要：某氯化钾选矿厂主要处理原生钾石盐矿,分选粒度为-1 mm,关键浮选设备采用国外进口的粗粒浮选机,依靠中盐连海设计研究院有限公司在氯化钾浮选方面的技术优势,形成了针对固体钾石盐矿的“大颗粒”浮选工艺软件包。目前,依靠该技术共建成“60万t/a农用氯化钾生产装置”,文章研究了该原生钾石盐矿选矿厂从原料破碎磨矿、脱泥工艺、浮选工艺、脱卤工艺以及干燥工艺的整个工程设计,为以后中亚和西亚类似项目提供参考。The KCl plant mainly deals with primary potassium salt ore,the separation size is-1 mm.The key flotation equipment is coarse flotation machine that imported from abroad,rely on the technical advantage in potassium chloride flotation,A"large particle"flotation technology package for solid potassium salt ore was formed.At present,600 kt/a potash fertilizer plant was completed by the technology.This article studied the whole engineering design of the primary sylvite ore dressing plant from raw material crushing and grinding,desliming process,flotation process,dehalogenation process and drying process.It provided reference for similar projects in Central Asia and West Asia in the future.
