摘 要:针对海上低渗透油田钻井过程中出现的水锁损害问题,以异丁烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸和2-丙烯酸丁酯为主要原料,室内制备了一种适合海上低渗透油田钻井用的高效防水锁剂FR-101,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,防水锁剂FR-101的表面活性和润湿性能较好,当其质量浓度为1.2%时,溶液的表面张力降至23.8 mN•m^(-1),岩心薄片表面的润湿性由亲水性转变为中性润湿;防水锁剂FR-101的加入能够大幅度降低天然岩心的自吸水量,并能有效提高储层岩屑的滚动回收率,当其质量浓度为1.2%时,岩心5 h的自吸水量比在蒸馏水中降低了90%以上,储层岩屑的滚动回收率达到95%以上;防水锁剂FR-101还具有良好的储层保护性能,使用质量浓度为1.2%的防水锁剂FR-101溶液驱替后,岩心的渗透率恢复值可达90%以上。In order to solve the problem of water lock damage in the drilling process of offshore low permeability oilfield,we prepared an efficient waterproof locking agent FR-101 suitable for drilling in offshore low permeability oilfield in laboratory by using methyl isocrotonate,methacrylic acid,and butyl 2-acrylate as main raw materials,and evaluated its comprehensive performance.The results show that,when the mass concentration of FR-101 is 1.2%,the surface tension of solution decreases to 23.8 mN•m^(-1),the wettability of core sheet surface changes from hydrophilic to neutral wettability,indicating that the surface activity and wettability of FR-101 are good.The addition of FR-101 can greatly reduce the self-absorption water of natural core and effectively improve the rolling recovery rate of reservoir cuttings.When the mass concentration of FR-101 is 1.2%,the self-absorption water of core in 5 h reduces more than 90%compared with that in distilled water,and the rolling recovery of reservoir cuttings reaches more than 95%.After displacement by FR-101 solution with a mass concentration of 1.2%,the permeability recovery value of core can reach more than 90%,indicating that FR-101 also has good reservoir protection performance.
