摘  要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)因其价格低廉和加工简易成为全球电缆行业使用最多的聚合物材料,但冬季低温环境下容易变硬,极端情况下甚至出现开裂。因此,本文在纳米碳酸钙(CCR)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA28)、丙烯酸酯(ACR301)一定配比的基础上,进行了不同用量聚乙烯蜡(PE蜡)润滑剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的力学性能、低温韧性、热稳定性能等的影响研究,为聚氯乙烯(PVC)在高寒地区的高值化应用提供参考价值。结果表明:适量聚乙烯蜡(PE蜡)的引入有利于提高PVC复合材料的综合力学性能和低温韧性。PE蜡的含量为0.6 phr时,PE蜡/PVC的断裂伸长率比未添加PE蜡的PVC复合材料提高10.5%,拉伸强度提高9.1%,脆化温度可达-60℃,热稳定性提高。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)had become the most used polymer material in the global cable industry due to its low price and easy processing,but it tended to harden under the low-temperature environment in winter,and even cracks in extreme cases.Therefore,on the basis of a certain proportion of CCR,EVA28 and ACR301,the effects of different amounts of lubricant:polyethylene wax(PE wax)on the mechanical properties,low temperature toughness and thermal stability of PVC were studied in order to provide a reference value for the application of PVC in the alpine region with high value.The results showed that the introduction of appropriate PE wax could improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and low temperature toughness of PVC composites.When the PE wax content was 0.6 phr,the elongation at break of PE wax/PVC was 10.5%higher,the tensile strength was 9.1%higher,the embrittlement temperature could reach-60℃,and the thermal stability was improved than that of PVC composite without PE wax.
