摘 要:沙地柏具有抗寒、抗旱、耐土壤贫瘠等特点,是青海省荒漠化防治和生态环境建设的优选树种之一。青海省冬季高寒少绿,对沙地柏苗木需求量大,由于种苗生产受限,苗木供应不足,需要长期从内蒙古、陕西等地引种。但是,对不同种源沙地柏的抗寒性没有系统的比较研究,不加选择地推广存在盲目性,因此需要对沙地柏在青海省的适用性进行评价,并对其推广提出更准确的应用建议。文章以内蒙古、青海、陕西、宁夏、江苏5个种源的沙地柏3年生扦插苗为试验材料,对试验材料进行低温胁迫处理,测定不同温度处理条件下植株的生理生化指标,并用隶属函数法对各个指标结果进行沙地柏抗寒性综合评价。根据Logistic方程预测得出5个不同种源沙地柏枝条的半致死温度在-30.44℃~-19.57℃。采用隶属函数法对5个不同沙地柏种源的抗寒性进行综合分析,得出各种源的抗寒性强弱顺序为内蒙古>青海>陕西>宁夏>江苏。Sabina vulgaris Antoine has the characteristics of cold resistance,drought resistance and soil barren resistance,and is one of the preferred tree species for desertification control and ecological environment construction in Qinghai Province.Qinghai Province has a large demand for Sabina vulgaris Antoine seedlings due to the limited production of seedlings and insufficient supply of seedlings,which require long-term introduction from Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi and other places.However,there is no systematic comparative study on the cold resistance of different sources of Sabina vulgaris Antoine,and there is blindness in indiscriminate promotion,so it is necessary to evaluate the applicability of Cypress in Qinghai Province and put forward more accurate application suggestions for its promotion.In this paper,the 3-year-old cuttings of Cypress sand from five sources in Inner Mongolia,Qinghai,Shaanxi,Ningxia and Jiangsu were used as test materials,and the test materials were treated with low temperature stress,the physiological and biochemical indexes of plants under different temperature treatment conditions were determined,and the cold resistance of Sand C.was comprehensively evaluated by the membership function method.According to the logistic equation,the semi-lethal temperature of five different sources of Sabina vulgaris Antoine branches was-30.44~-19.57°C.The membership function method was used to comprehensively analyze the cold resistance of five different Sabina vulgaris Antoine species,and the order of cold resistance of each source was Inner Mongolia>Qinghai>Shaanxi>Ningxia>Jiangsu.
