摘　　要：WNS型锅炉是北方城市小区供暖的一种主要炉型,在停炉或者运行期间由于保养或者除氧设备工作不正常,都会引起锅炉及系统氧腐蚀。氧腐蚀在锅炉及系统运行期间会造成重大的安全隐患,严重时会引起炉管腐蚀穿孔,导致锅炉停炉影响供暖。文章主要针对WNS型供暖锅炉氧腐蚀发生的原因、危害以及预防对策作出简要的阐述,为供暖企业提供参考。WNS boiler is a major furnace mode of residential heating in northern cities,which will cause oxygen corrosion of boiler and system due to improper maintenance or deaeration equipment operation during shutdown or operation.Oxygen corrosion will cause major safety hazards during boiler and system operation,and in severe cases,it will cause the furnace tube corrosion perforation,resulting in boiler shutdown and affecting heating.This article mainly briefly elaborates on the causes,hazards and preventive measures of oxygen corrosion in WNS heating boilers for the reference of heating enterprises.
